1. Collection and processing of personal data

When you use the site or purchase services/products, we collect data such as:

  • Name and surname

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • IP address and browser details

  • Information relating to orders placed or consultations

The data is used for:

  • Provision of the requested service

  • Issue of invoices

  • Order processing and customer support

  • Compliance with legal requirements

All personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR and the Data Protection Act.

When you leave a comment, we collect:

  • The data entered in the form

  • IP address

  • User Agent (browser information)

4. Embedded content from external sites

  • Order data is stored according to the time limits in accounting legislation

  • User accounts (if any) are kept until the user closes them

7. Conditions for cancellation and return of services and products

7.1 Opting out of psychological and online services

According to Article 50 of the CPA, you have the right to cancel an ordered service within 14 days, unless:

  • The service is fully executed with your explicit consent (e.g. consultation has already taken place)

  • Is a service with a specific date and time (e.g. webinar, consultation, seminar)

Cancellation of online sessions is possible up to 24 hours before the start. No refunds will be given after this time.

Recovery Procedure:
The customer can contact us via email at [email protected] or via the contact form. Requests are processed within 2 business days and refunds within 14 days using the same payment method.

7.2 Refusal of products

You have the right to return a purchased physical product within 14 days of receipt, subject to:

  • The product is not used

  • Is in its original packaging

  • Not damaged

The return is at the customer's expense. The refund will be made within 14 days.

Exceptions:

  • Products made to order

  • Open hygiene goods

  • Digital content with explicit consent

7.3 Partial and full service performance

  • Full implementation: conducting a full session/consultation/course

  • Partially: the client does not appear, interrupts or cancels after the service has started

7.4 Cancellation and recovery for programmes (e.g. 12 sessions)

  • In case of refusal to 24 hours before starting the program - 100% recovery 

  • At partly used package:
    Used sessions are charged at the regular unit price and the balance is refundable

  • After using more than 50% from the sessions - amount is not refundable except for good cause

8. Delivery methods and time limits

  • Online services are delivered via Zoom, Google Meet, Skype or phone

  • Access is provided via email within 1-3 business days or at a day and time of the customer's choosing

  • If physical goods are offered - they are sent by courier within 5 working days

9. Policy changes

This policy may be updated if the law changes or at our discretion. The current version will always be available on this page.
